Only Instagram can show that, inside the app under your story. No third-party tool, including PvGram, can list who viewed your story or visited your profile. Be careful with any site that claims otherwise.

Viewing content that an account has made public is legal. PvGram only shows public profiles, the same content anyone can see on instagram.com without following. Saving content for personal use is fine; redistributing someone’s content without permission is not.

In the app, every story you open is recorded against your account and shown to the owner, and profiles are gated behind a login. PvGram shows the same public content without any account, so nothing is recorded, and it adds downloads, an expiry timer, a full-size profile picture, tagged-account lists and a watchlist the app does not offer.

Usually one of three reasons: the account is private, it has no story live in the last 24 hours, or the username is misspelled. Check the handle on Instagram and try again. If a story just went up, give it a minute.
